• PAY WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT: Through your phone, tablet or computer, you can schedule the payment of your monthly rent to be automatically deducted the first day of each month or make the payment manually each month using your bank account (sign up here).    
  THIS OPTION IS FREE OF CHARGE
• WITH CREDIT CARD: You can pay with your debit and / or credit card for a 3% fee.
• PAY CASH: Residents who want to pay in cash can do so through several chain stores, such as WALMART, PRESIDENTE SUPERMARKETS, CHECKCASHING USA, ACE CASH EXPRESS, AMSCOT, COMMUNITY CHOICE FINANCIAL and others for a processing fee of $4.00. For cash payment, each Tenant must obtain a unique identification number (ID) from the Manager of the property where you reside.
